Overview
Irene Liu focuses her practice in commercial litigation, real estate, and professional liability.
Ms. Liu represents clients in class actions, business transactions and disputes, directors and officers claims, and provides counsel on wage and hour compliance. Additionally, she defends homeowners associations (HOAs) and insurance agents in negligence claims, and provides real estate consulting services.
Previously, she served as a law clerk at Kaufman Dolowich, and during law school, externed at the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office and Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office. During this time, Ms. Liu worked on criminal matters including serious felonies, cryptocurrency theft and child abuse.
Ms. Liu is fluent in Cantonese.
